Sibling Support
Who will help?
Babies come when they want to come. Who will help with your older child(ren) when that happens? Maybe you don't have family nearby. Maybe you don't want to burden family with the chaos of the big birth day. Maybe you just want peace of mind. We are ready 24/7, day or night, to support families. Our postpartum doulas at Lake Country Newborns are here and happy to help serve your family this way. Our sibling support includes up to 24 hours of continuous care from the time we’re called in to care for your older kiddos.
We will help!
Sibling support includes the following:
- A two-hour “get-to-know-you visit” prior to birth when the doula spends time with the sibling(s) to become a friendly face. Parents can stay for this visit or enjoy those hours out of the home.
- On-call availability starting at 38 weeks.
- Duration of labor, no matter if it is short or long, up to 24 hours ad longer if needed. We can even stay longer if needed.
Rates
